This tapestry resembles cyclopean walls. With its regular edges, it symbolises a wall: our bubbles of thought escape from it as we watch the ordering of these stones. It is built to span the ages, a symbol of the oldest constructions known to humankind. Today’s constructions are made of concrete, with a lifespan of 120 years; limestone erodes… The question we may ask ourselves: and we, what will remain of our constructions in 10,000 years?
